A young clarinet is shocked by the sudden death of her sister, not the death that inspired the story, but the unfortunate way it was told. The visual prowess is amazing, especially fans of director Josephine Decker's work might find some fun here, but as a story it quickly crumbles under its own weight.

Sky Everywhere tells the story of Lenny (Grace Kaufman), a bereaved high school student who has outdone her corrupt older sister Billy (Havana Rose Leo) so much that Billy's recent death plunges Lenny straight into an outright identity crisis. Last week, she couldn't even play a single note on the formerly beloved clarinet, accidentally dumped her dream on Julia like trash, unceremoniously handing the coveted first chair spot a sly adversary. The only thing that could rival Bailey's memory of her interest is her obsession with fellow obsessed Joe (Jacques Clement) and re-reading her favorite novel.
