Izzy (Isabella) hairdresser. One day, the microwave in her salon caused a fire. She asks the salon owner's help, Doug, to pay for damages, so she's giving away the money she saved to travel the world.

The Prince of Lavania, Prince Thomas, asks his assistant Walter to schedule an appointment for a haircut. Walter accidentally calls Eazy's salon, telling her they'll get $500 for her haircut. Izzy agrees. When she meets the prince and starts cutting his hair, the housekeeper comes with tea and accidentally drops it. Izzy is upset about the housekeeper's mistreatment and leaves without finishing the prince's haircut. She returns to the salon, where Thomas comes to finish the haircut. After this, Izzy agrees to take the prince back to the subway and the two share a fun night.

The next day, Thomas, his fiancée Lauren, and her mother discuss who should be hired as makeup artists for the wedding. Prince Thomas' aide recommends Easy Salon. Her salon agrees and they travel to Lavania. Another assistant, Madame Faber, tests her makeup skills. Izzy passes but her co-workers don't so Madame Faber trains them. Izzy goes to see the county and Thomas accompanies her.

The next day, Thomas told his family that he wanted to do more for the locals. Izzy encourages locals to donate to less fortunate children by leaving items at the castle gate. Lauren told Thomas that she wanted to be part of their new property for her work studio. Thomas finds the guard house full of toys given to the children. Izzy and Thomas drive toys and some royal furniture to the orphanage.

Lauren's mother noticed that Thomas and Izzie get very close. Lauren isn't worried, and commented that she'd rather focus on her business ideas than marry someone she barely knows. When a picture of them ends up in the newspapers, Izzy is asked to leave. It was revealed that the reason why the King and Queen wanted Thomas to marry Lorraine was that her family could help them get out of debt.

On the wedding day, Walter tells Thomas that he knows Thomas loves Izzy. Thomas tells Lauren that he cannot marry her. She is relieved that she does not want to marry. Izzy returns to find that there has been a big fire in the salon. When Doug visited to ask for money, she told him she had spoken with the owner, who had been expecting Doug to rewire the property last year. The family makes plans to renovate the salon but Izzy tells them she doesn't want to work at the salon anymore, instead choosing to be the manager of a local community center.
